I am a runner with a stress fracture in the neck of my femur, what can I do for exercise?

I am a young elite runner and I recently was diagnosed with a stress fracture in my femur. I am getting really antsy now that I can’t run, what can I do to get exercise?

I’d talk to the same person who diagnosed the stress fracture if I were you.

A stress fracture would have happened for one of two reasons;

1. Technique
2. Diet

The best you can do is rest it. If you MUST exercise then talk it over with both your doctor and trainer.
